VHF is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) developmental basketball organization providing Overseas and Semi-Pro opportunities to players that were overlooked or not given a chance in the Rio Grande Valley area.

Valley Horned Frogs will be participating in the United Basketball League (UBL) and the Evolution Basketball Association (EBA).

Founded in 2020 in McAllen, TX
After being created in May 2020, there were multiple changes to the organization before now Owner Meir Bermea took over the helm. Through his direction and dedication he has helped VHF take flight. We believe that we can make an impact in the community and be around for years to come. The players are ready to show the RGV and state what the Horned Frogs are about. The Horned Frogs play their home games at Valley Training Facility in McAllen, TX.
